Fantastic progress! Just fyi- weathertech makes mats (based on cabinet size) that fit in the base cabinets where the sinks are installed. Prevents any leaks from ruining the bottoms of the cabinets! I ordered for my new kitchen & bath cabinets & love love love em.

Great suggestion! We have some basic mats that we placed under the sinks in our current home, but I need to check those out if they’re custom made.

@Edge of Nowhere Farm not custom made, but custom cut to size. I love the lip that retains moisture – that was the seller for me.

That is a really odd color, in the kitchen shot, it looks like a deeper baby or carolina blue and in your bathroom it totally looks like a light grey. Talk about optical illusions.

The first (possibly second, I’m going to make the dog yard 7′ tall and fully enclosed so the cats can use the dog door too) thing I’m gonna do when we move is paint the kitchen cabinets. I may look into soft close hinges, that looks nice.

Funny you should mention your dog run, we’re looking at making an 8′ wide, 50′ long, 7′ tall fully enclosed run for the chickens. That will be the first thing we do outside!
